Mark gained experience in the Catering Trade over more than 15 years, covering all aspects and positions within the industry.
“Having discovered my enthusiasm for food at an early age, and enjoying all the practical aspects of cooking, I found that cooking allowed my creativity to run wild, all of which led to my dreams of enjoying a job that I am passionate about.
As a result, I set up my catering company; Artisan Cuisine.
